ACCOUNT MANAGER – CZECH SPEAKER
Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation skills especially over the phone
- Strongly motivated, creative and target driven personality
- Master of time management and resistance to stress
- High interest in financial markets – NO previous experience necessary
- Native Czech/Slovak speakers with advanced Hungarian and English
Your duties:
- Educate existing clients in the financial environment
- Guide client steps to achieve enjoyable trading experience
- Boost client trading confidence
- Support client in making trading decisions
- Communicate marketing promotions to clients
- Build, develop and maintain client relationships
- Be updated with current financial situation on the market
- Handle extensive existing clientdatabase
- Contact various branches over the world
