Job description:

You will be responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities with key carrier accounts in the Hungary telecoms market. Furthermore you will manage all aspects of the relationship with carrier customers. The position requires senior level sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service customer accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information.
  • Enhance customer relationships
  • Manage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
  • Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
    Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product.
  • Management and Engineering to ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions.
  • Create and present customer proposals and quotations.
  • Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features.
  • Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level.
  • Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
  • Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Wireless solutions including CDMA, UMTS; Broadband Network & IPTN network including NGN, ATM/IP, DSLAM, & DATA; Optical Network including SDH, WDM; intelligent network including SCP, SMP, SDP.
  • Detailed knowledge of local carrier business models and service management strategies.

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 2/3 years direct telecommunications and carrier network sales / account management experience with a proven track record with an international telecoms equipment provider company.
  • A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic carrier accounts.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
  • Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
  • Must welcome challenges.
  • Must be self motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
