Full-Time Accounting Team Coordinator (Budapest)
We are looking for a qualified Accounting Team Coordinator into our global partner’s Financial Shared Service Centre in Budapest.
The Accounting Coordinator Leader will be responsible for the supervision of a team including junior accountants and accountants. In this position you will have to report directly to the Process Manager. On a daily basis you will be tasked with the followings:
– Taking part in the outsourcing of the different accounting processes from different countries
– You will have to monitor the daily work: analysing reports, launching new developments, tracking the performance of the team members
– Handling GL mailbox and following up the different issues
– Writing procedures and identify procedural irregularities
– Participating in daily operational work if necessary – mainly during the closing
– Keep in touch with other internal departments
The ideal candidate for the Accounting Team Coordinator position is experienced in leading at least a group of 3-5, besides has an overall insight on the accounting processes AP/AR/GL. To be a successful applicant you need to speak English fluently plus an SAP knowledge or SSC background would be essential in this position.
