Administrative Assistant
EC Innovations, Budapest is seeking a responsible, accurate and communicative person for a part-time (20 hours/week) position of Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be working under the direct supervision of the Operations Director and is responsible for managing ECI office procedures and other tasks assigned by Operations Director, Project Managers and Vendor Managers. The Administrative Assistant must be a resident of Hungary and should be committed to advance ECI goals and mission and respect confidentiality of ECI members.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative and financial support
- Assist in monitoring incoming receipts
- Prepare financial report templates under supervision of Operations Director
- Communications
- Process incoming correspondence
- Act as intermediary between ECI and local bodies, suppliers, service providers, etc;
- Office management
- Order office supplies and furniture;
- Monitor office needs;
- Arranges for repair of office equipment;
- Maintain office records, including staff and partner information, suppliers and service-provider contacts;
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination;
- Keep track of ECI incoming and outgoing post.
NOTE: The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistance are not limited to the tasks listed above, but will vary depending on the nature of SWAN projects.

Qualifications
- Higher degree of education (bachelor) or proven experience
- Working experience as an assistant is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both in Hungarian and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Localization industry or translation experience is a plus
