Administrative Assistant part-time for an International Tourist Company – Risskov Autoferien AG

Do you have a passion for Administration work and being in a supportive role? Then you could be the new Administrative Assistant we are looking for someone to assist the Purchasers in different matters and to maintain and organize the Purchasers’ processes and projects. You will be part of an exciting international team all working together to continue to grow our offering across Europe.

Experience that will support your success

• We are looking for a person who can work part-time and who is detail-oriented, structured and good at working and cooperating across different departments.

• You are a positive person with the ability to juggle many balls at the same time while maintaining a good overview.

• You have strong communication skills, are able to plan and prioritize different tasks and have an independent approach to the job combined with a strong team player profile.

• You possess empathy, have a quick learning ability and you are perceptive to the office environment. You enjoy working with and supporting all employees.

• You must have experience with data entry and update maintenance of data in an internal company system. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and processing and trouble-shooting invoices is needed. You will need to be able to upload pictures and enter hotel information from questionnaires under tight deadlines. The candidate must be willing to give general support to the Purchasers.

• It will be important to us that you can demonstrate that once empowered you are able to make decisions and bridge any gaps in order to deliver.

• We are looking for a person who can walk the talk, delivering by doing and that has shown in their previous work that they are honest, act with integrity and meet their obligations.

• We value a person that believes that the world is full of possibilities and can convert ideas into action and we are looking for a person who enjoys creativity and that you have a winner mentality. You are efficient and you set the bar high.

• It is important that you are fluent in English as you will be part of an international team. A knowledge of German, Danish and French is an advantage.

We are looking for the right person to join us as soon as possible in a part-time position. You will be supported to enable you to achieve success and we will always be willing to discuss enhancing your skills with suitable training/coaching.
