Job Description

As an integral part of our European expansion strategy, we are happy to announce that we recently opened an XM representative office in Budapest, Hungary, and we are seeking to recruit a high caliber, ambitious and energetic professional to join the team as an Administrative Officer!

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
  • Assisting clients with queries and questions
  • Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
  • Promoting available products and services to clients
  • Interacting with other departments
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results

Main requirements:

  • Degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a similar job role
  • Native Hungarian speaker. Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skill
  • Excellent computer literacy
