Job Description
AP Accountant with French language knowledge positions are open at our multinational partner who has a newly established shared service center. The company is planning to extend their financial team in Hungary, and they are looking for AP Accountants, who would like to join their team. The company offers a modern working environment and the possibility of participating in implementing new processes.
As AP Accountant you will be responsible for end-to-end AP processes, prepare and book incoming invoices and manage account reconciliation. The future employee will take an active part in monthly and year end closings, analyse monthly and quarterly key performance indicators and do ad hoc reports. Part of the daily tasks will be liaising with the vendors and with the European partner companies, building a strong and trustful relationship with them and effectively solve the upcoming issues.
The ideal AP Accountant has a university or college degree, speaks English and French at least on a strong intermediate level. 1-2 years of experience in the field of Accounts Payable Accounting is a great advantage, but freshly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Excel, good analytical and problem solving skills are also required.
