Full-Time Application Support Specialist
Job Description
International company, a leader on its field (healthcare) is seeking an experienced person to join its operations centre in Budapest.
The jobholder will provide support and maintenance for corporate systems and will take part in international projects.
The main duty is to provide 1st and 2nd line support for company’s users, and to supervise and maintain corporate applications configuration.
KEY TASKS
Timely resolution of reported sytems related issues
Functional administration of ERP (general-sales-purchase ledgers, stock, assets) and procurement systems (requisitions, purchase orders, deliveries, invoicing)
Support of systems implementation process and data migration as well as systems testing and upgrades
Organize user trainings
REQUIREMENTS
ERP and procurement systems modules knowledge (SCALA an advantage)
Min 5-year experience in similar position in international organization
Fluent English
Very good interpersonal skills
