Full-Time Arabic speaker customer service in hotel industry (Budapest)
Customer Support Specialist position with Arabic language knowledge is opened at our client who is a prestigious multinational company which is providing a unique reservation service with the best hotel deals to both business and leisure travellers. They have more than 500 professionals located through the world and they are looking for new colleagues to join their team of professionals.
The responsibilities of the position are the following:
– Provide world class customer service and offer solutions to our guests during and after their travels by ensuring timely follow-up, closure and feedback to customers where required
– Communicate effectively with our customers and suppliers via phone and email
– Resolve the appearing problems
– Manage customer claims
– Running the database of the customers and clients
– Provide training and mentoring to other members of the organization as requested
– Work closely with the colleagues in order to provide efficient support to the customers
In accordance with attracting the very best people, candidates having some experience in a Customer Service / Front Desk positions are preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome. University or College Degree is an advantage but not a must. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills, multi-tasking ability, customer oriented attitude and has fluent English and Arabic language knowledge.
