LeadUp Academy is assisting a competitive Romanian company in achieving the selection process for the role of:
AREA SALES MANAGER
Location: Debrecen
Goal:
Building and coordinating a national distribution network of partners, in the technical field of trade of steel railings and specific components;
Promoting and selling products through the distribution network and strategies in order to reach the sales objective, following the development of the business, managing operations and national-level projects (B2B).
Responsibilities:
Role is divided into 4 areas of responsibility
1. Research
- Building a national distribution network by identifying partners and identifying new opportunities for new promotion opportunities in the area
- Achieve online and on – field research to increase market share by finding and getting new customers
2. Sale
- Organizing the monthly sales plan to reach current, active or passive customers
- Proposing marketing actions that can support customer loyalty and motivation. Offering technical and commercial support to clients
- Making periodical visits to clients
3. Representation
- Promoting company products to specialists: architects, design engineers, builders
- Proposing marketing actions that can support customer loyalty and motivation, also the visibility of the company
4. Networking
- Building a network of specialist knowledge in the field to promote the image and products company
Requirements:
- BA – installations/technical profile is an advantage
- 3 years experience in sales business to business (B2B) at national level
- Experience in selling products/equipments/solutions in the technical field (carpentry, furniture office, hardware buildings– advantage)
- Knowledge of the construction market (projects, entrepreneurs), especially Budapest area
- English language skills – advanced level
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Result-oriented, excellent problem solving skills
- Self-employed person
