For our reputable client Carnival, we recruit for the following position: 

Assistant Bar Manager

The Assistant Bar Manager supervises the designated area of the bar operation, assigned by the Bar Manager. An applicant must be prepared to help or fully replace the Bartender for a period of time whenever necessary.

His/her duties include the supervision of the beverage inventory control. An applicant must be aware of guests’ needs and possible complaints. He/she must: achieve and maintain the USPH standards, report of all equipment malfunctions to the technical department.
