Job Description

We are looking for personal assistant/secretary to work in our office.

Responsibilities:
-answering phone calls in Russian, English and Hungarian;
-answering and writing email in Russian, English and Hungarian;
-creating invoices, accepting payments from customers;
-creating documents;
-translation for therapists and patients;
-promoting center in social media etc.

Requirements:
-advance knowledge of Russian, English and Hungarian;
-knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Package;
-marketing skills;
-nice appearance and ability to work in team.
