As an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and driving daily sales performance, maintain service and operational standards, supervising, coaching and training staff, ensuring adequate staffing; providing superior customer service. Assistant Store Manager provides direction and leadership to the store, drives sales & profitability and ensures visual merchandising/presentation and operational standards.

We are searching for a candidate with minimum 2 years management experience (or similar position) in a high paced, luxury fashion Retail sector, proficient in analyzing financial reports, sales, operations, inventory control and HR management. The ideal candidate also has a proven track record of employee development, a charming and people-oriented personality and is obsessed with fashion.
