Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Analysing the customers’ requests and identifying the key issues (commercial conditions, equipment specifications, time schedule);
• Submitting and discussing issues with the customer and initialing contact with the company’s cross- functions (Area managers, Manufacturing plants, Planning etc);
• Preparing customer offers;
• Order management: handling customer order activities; complex order entry (SAP);
• Coordinating shipments and handling related export documents;
• Providing assistance and training to customers/distributors about the company’s tools.

Requirements:

• BA in Economics or Technical degree (mechanical engineering);
• Fluent in Russian and English;
•  Open to cross cultural business interactions;
•  Exceptional communication and strong problem-solving skills;
• Self-starter, flexible and customer-oriented approach.

Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Advantages:
• Working knowledge with SAP;
• Experience in order management/order processing/sales support.
