Job Description
Your responsibilities:
you provide the secretariat of the department in a qualitative, rigorous, rapid and precise manner.
Usual tasks of the HR secretariat such as making calls, making appointments, receiving mail and dispatching to the departments concerned
In close collaboration with the HRMs and the temporary service, drafting of employment contracts, responses to unselected candidates, etc.
Support for the observatory of working conditions for formalization
Participation in the drafting of work certificates
Participation in bonus loyalty letters, end-of-year letters
Participation in orders for the treasury of the HR department

Various administrative tasks
Contribute significantly to the simplification and modernization of operating procedures within the department,
Prepare coffees, receive customers and supervise the office cleaning service. Facilitate the director’s visit by organizing his agenda, dry-cleaning, making appointments, restaurant reservations.
It is essential to master French, written and oral.
Certificate in personnel management assistant an asset
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in an HR department
