KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling consumer/trade partner/service partner complaints about Aftersales service activities which are connected to field (spares, repairs, quality of service etc) for the Hungarian market
• Support the product exchange process
• Ensure the efficiency of returns process
• Support P2C business (price offers, delivery tracking)
• Spare parts business support (ordering, tracking of orders, master data handling, damaged spare handling, removal analysis)
• Technical documentation handling, translation and sharing it with service partners
• Follow up field KPI’s

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical qualification (Medium or Upper level), Mechanical competences could be an advantage
• Previous relevant experience dealing with Aftersales activities
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Application, SAP knowledge could be considered a plus
• Good communication and analytical skills, willing to learn and grow, system approach
