Full-Time Business Analyst – Sales Enablement

This position is being staffed by IGF Client Financing Operations organization in the Sales Enablement team.

Main purpose of the job:
The purpose of this job is to support the WW business applications & business programs within the Sales Enablement team, support the applications, users and project related work.
The primary responsibilities for this position is providing reporting and application support for the Rapid Financing (RF) system, RDR and the information warehouse (IW). This responsibility includes the creation of new reports and support of existing reports in QMF/Cognos/excel along with general application support, trouble shooting, delivering education and FinHelp support.

Main responsibilities:
Running the weekly/quarterly/yearly reports and conducting business analysis.
Creating new and enhancing existing RF Reports (in excel, QMF/Brio and in Cognos), that requires understanding of end to end customer financing process (especially the RF and IGF Workbench (WB) process), understanding the Information Warehouse methodology, participating in IW enhancements projects and extending SDE Reporting portfolio.
Working with other IGF teams to understand the problem/opportunity/business need, writing requirements documents, estimating effort, working with the development team on designs, writing test cases and executing testing, deployment support (training, user questions, etc.), and supporting in production as needed.
Investigating in different issues around reporting and the business process
Planning and keeping RAR plan items up-to-date, clear, managed in a timely manner
FinHelp: Provide support to ROF users in the Europe time shift once every 3 weeks
Maintaining Education, Communication and Process documentation (Taking care of SDE reporting knowledge bases (updating of FAQ database, internal document libraries, guides etc) )
Taking part in the daily/weekly calls, completing change requests as per RAR process, investigating production issues as per RAR process, participating in releases and in System and Process testing
Developing own skills and knowledge.

As per defined in RAR activity plan and RAR Change Request/Production problem records

Required education:
Preferably University or college degree in IT and Economics field;
Fluent English (written and verbal).

Required experiences:
Ideally >1 year experience in IGF (or in financial business field (and/or IT support))
QMF/Brio/excel:3
Knowledge of IGF Customer Financing: 2
Understanding of IGF IT systems: 2
Knowledge in general IT systems and architecture field: 1

Required special skills:
Problem determination / Analytical capability;
Strong Microsoft Excell skills
Ideally Customer Financing application awareness
SQL query / reporting knowledge
Ideally Brio/Cognos reporting/dashboard experience
Effective Communication with colleagues and development organizations;
Ability to work independently and in team-work as well;
Creative and pro-active thinking method;
Open mind for new solutions;
General system-integration skill;
Self-education skill.
Required
Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
At least 1 year experience in IT and Economics field
English: Fluent
