Full-Time Business Operations Manager
Job Description
Your task
- Represents the MD during internal reconciliations with other organizational units
- Coordinates with and within the Service Lines
- Handles confidential issues and documents
- Coordinates financial planning, monitoring and measures
- Typically works relative to bigger organizations or the whole company
- Understands and controls business cases
- Liaises with external partners, makes preparations for agreements
- Prepares management reports
- Collects information for decision-making, elaborates proposals for solution
- Reports directly to the MD
- Prepares case studies with economy and profitability calculations in order to prepare the actual business decisions
- Collects information for decision-making, elaborates proposals for solution
- Is the MD’s consultant in the background

Your Profile
- Experience of working in a large multinational organization
- Experience of managing larger projects
- Ability to work across various cultures and across organizations and company boundaries
- Experience in finance and business
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to prevail
- Ideally a graduate in Business (MSC in Economics or MBA) and Technological Science (MSC preferred)
- Advanced English (German is an advantage)
- Computing Skills (MS Office)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- Flexible personality in terms of working hours
