Part-Time Call Center Account Manager
Job Description
We are an international company in the financial sector looking for talented and motivated people with sales experience for our new Call Center. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people all day long. You can work in part time scheduling: 4 or 6 hours.
We are currently recruiting for Call Center Account Manager.
Task(s):
- Make outbound cold calls, provide customer care, and assist with portfolio building
- Introduce company products
- Follow up on customer calls when necessary
- Complete appropriate administrative work and record necessary customer sales information
- Identify prospect and database collecting opportunities
Requirement(s):
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience in sales field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Positive, energetic, results-orientated, and determined attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- MS Office knowledge
