GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for new colleagues for BUTECH, for the ‘Call Center Operator” position, which can work as Full-Time in the Budapest location:
• At least high school graduate,
• The phone can communicate effectively, the diction is smooth,
• Demonstrated ability to understand the needs and problems of the customers and solve them working directly with Admin & Operation team,
• Internal motivation is high, time management is sensitive,
• A keen desire to help customers be successful,
• Suitable for shift work,
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills,
• Superior project and time management skills; excellent attention to detail,
• Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers,
• Excellent well-spoken and written communication skills in Turkish,
• Well-spoken or bilingual in TURKISH
