GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for new colleagues for BUTECH, the leader of the online betting and sporting games industry, for the ‘Call Center Operator” position, which can work as Full-Time in the Budapest location:
• At least high school graduate,
• The phone can communicate effectively, the diction is smooth,
• Demonstrated ability to understand the needs and problems of the customers and solve them working directly with Admin & Operation team,
• Internal motivation is high, time management is sensitive,
• A keen desire to help customers be successful,
• Suitable for shift work,
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills,
• Superior project and time management skills; excellent attention to detail,
• Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers,
• Excellent well-spoken and written communication skills in English,
• Well-spoken or bilingual in Spanish or
• Well-spoken or bilingual in Persian / Iranian.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In the first and only contact with the customers, in the frame of the professional speech, we solve our customer problems by establishing our difference and to guide customer satisfaction.
