Job Description
Requirements
– Higher education;
– Successful managerial experience in commercial real estate leasing, construction, procurement, wholesale and retail trade, and other areas;
– Experience in opening shops, warehouses, branch offices is preferred
– A confident PC user;
– Proactive attitude to life;
– Fluency in Russian, Hungarian or English are preferred;
– Experience in opening shops, warehouses, branch offices is preferred
– A confident PC user;
– Driver license (category B), personal vehicle will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
– Finding premises that meet the company’s requirements;
– Negotiating with landlords;
– Concluding lease agreements;
– Organization and control of maintenance works;
– Ensuring the shop with equipment;
– Solving technical and organisational issues necessary for the launch of the shop;
– Daily, monthly reporting according to established forms.
Terms and conditions of work:
Work schedule 5/2, Sat – Sat weekend.
Office is not provided.
Salary by interview.
We are looking for a candidate from Budapest or living within a 200 km distance.

We are looking for a Chief Business Development who will be at the origin of MERE’s expansion in Hungary.
