Full-Time CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Job Description
n international financial institution is currently looking for an experienced CFO for their branch located outside of Europe.
In this role you will be responsible for strategic finance management of the branch abroad, i.e. setting up & improving the processes as well as managing complex accounting and financial controlling agenda. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and to the mother company, leading a team of app. 20 people and will be responsible for the overall communication with managers across the company, but more importantly, with the business itself, negotiating their expectations and helping them succeed.
An ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years experience as a CFO/Finance Director within financial services: banking, insurance or consumer finance. We are looking for an extremely pro-business oriented, ambitious, dynamic and success driven person, ideally with a short experience from sales or marketing. Fluent English is necessary for you to be able to work with the multinational team.
