Nr1 fitness Client supporter
Nr 1 fitness has been experiencing a rapid growth in Norway, and is facing exiting expansion and large growth plans in Hungary. To start the expansion in the Hungarian capital we are looking for friendly, services minded and professional persons that want to growth together with us in our Hungarian adventure. The role you will have in our fitness centre is to help us growth by giving excellent service and help for both existing and potential customers.
Your responsibilities as our new client supporter:
-Selling membership packages to potential clients
-Helping new clients purchase their memberships
-Giving advices and help to members using the facilities
-Welcoming existing users
-Help in developing our purchasing systems
-See and capitalize on opportunities in reaching higher sales -Translations
-Giving training tips and advices to help novices getting started -Helping in keeping the centre look beautiful
What we are looking for in you:
-Services mindedness and the willingness to help. We are looking for you that knows that you as our client supporter is our face outwards to our clients and takes this responsibility seriously. Our main focus is to be the friendliest training centre in Budapest, and we are therefore dependent on your good work to make this happen.
-Strong sales quality. When potential clients are trying out our gym you have to be on top of the task, and managing to convince them to buy membership packages.
-Ability to give all our members a warm welcome and feel both seen and appreciated in our fitness centre.
-Excellent skills in both Hungarian and English
