Our client is a Hungarian company that develops its software product. They suggest the great solution for emotion recognition. Using a webcam, communicating via internet, they show our emotions as well as in the real life. Due to company’s product, marketing managers can learn what their consumers feel and on this basis make some marketing decisions. Our client invites talented Cloud Systems Administrator to help enthusiastic developers with this project.
What skills are the most important?
- Solid understanding of basic TCP/IP, UDP, LAN/WAN, NAT, routing and VPN network and firewall configurations;
- Good knowledge of basic network services in detail: DNS, HTTP(S), load balancers, Active Directory;
- Experience in configuring and administration of IIS 7.5+ based, .NET development and service environment;
- Experience in medium level Active Directory administration: users, groups, GPOs, policies, (and if possible ADFS);
- Experience with Nagios, Munin, Cloud Watch, NewRelic, InTune and other system health and security monitoring tools;
- Experience with Cloud Formation, Puppet, Chef or other cloud automation frameworks;
- 2+ years of experience in administrating and managing Windows Server and Linux systems on any Public Cloud environment;
- Basic experience in MS SQL administration and usage;
- Fluent English (written and oral).

What will be your role in the project?
- Provide, configure and manage cloud resources on Amazon Web Services platform;
- Be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with the decision-making process in selecting future systems;
- Configure and maintain company corporate network, Active Directory, ADFS, VPN and VPC;
- Configure and test scalability, high availability, and security and disaster recovery of internal and external company services;
- Write infrastructure and vendor apps and services automation scripts for tools like Slack, Dynamics CRM, Dropbox, PowerBI, Xero and other;
- Follow company’s established protocols and continuously improve them to leading practices within IT;
- Keep company IT infrastructure, disaster recovery and security policies documentation in order;
- Configure system monitoring and alerting systems to ensure fulfilment of the product SLAs;
- Shift work hours as required by scheduled projects and/or unscheduled urgent support requests.
