We are looking for a new team member for Hungary’s first and only complaint platform for PANASZOK who has;
Effectively manage corporate reputation at key stakeholders
Build positive, sustainable and measurable relationships with media planning & communication agency
Budget planning
Focus on enhancing and measuring corporate reputation.
Fluency in English
Good at MS Office programs
Having basic level Performance Marketing knowledge (Google Ads, Google Analytics etc. is a plus)
Qualifications
University graduation from related departments (in communications, sociology, marketing, international relations),
Experience in external communications, prior corporate social responsibility
Strong judgement, influencing and engagement skills
Prepare and update all kind of marketing communication materials
Manage the campaign process from beginning to end including idea creation, feasibility analysis, marcom materials, customer emails etc. monitoring and regularly reporting the campaign results, taking actions if necessary according to the KPIs of the campaign
Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Hungarian
Minimum 4 years experience of a related position in an agency or a company.
Strong corporate social responsibility management skills
Provide product and marketing contents such as product offers, salesmaterials, product campaigns for all related channels such as corporate web site, mobil applications, etc.
Extremely strong interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized, team oriented and flexible
Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities in a fast growing organization
Be responsible for managing product marketing projects and creating new acquisition opportunities/channels/initiatives
Regularly make benchmark analysis on competitors’ campaigns and marcom activities
Proactive and solutions oriented
Manage customer insight and brand researches and surveys
Work closely with editors, customer experience and sales teams
