Full-Time Content Producer / Script Writer

Flikli Animated Productions is currently seeking an experienced Content Producer / Script Writer to help us guide our dynamic productions from start to finish.
Flikli is a fast-paced video production studio creating high quality animated explainer videos, interactive videos, infographics, and custom videos.
Our team produces a high number of videos each month, serving a worldwide market. We have clients all around the globe: from New York to Singapore, from Finland to South Africa — Flikli is there.
Job Title: Content Producer / Script Writer
Responsible to: CEO
Member of: Producer Team
What you will do:

Manage Flikli’s visual productions from initiation to delivery

Act as the main point of contact for client service
-
Communicate client needs to the creative team
-
Manage delivery timeframes for productions

Identify production-related problems and collaborate with the creative team to solve them

Learn how to use Flikli’s proprietary production software and gain an understanding of processes and software used by the creative team

Review and ensure quality of production deliverables (scripts, storyboards, animation previews, final videos)

Coordinate with CEO and producers to update status of client projects

Contribute to the upkeep of Flikli institutional knowledge and digital assets (website, social media, etc.)

Help plan and coordinate events for the in-house production team

Identify upsell opportunities during production and communicate them to sales
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
-
Speak English at a native level of fluency
-
Conduct consultation calls with clients to gather information about messaging needs in order to develop a brief and a script from which the project (video) is developed

Communicate with clients via email and phone about the status of their productions, answering any questions that they may have

Think critically and creatively to solve communication challenges across many different topics and clients

Deal with multiple projects and information streams simultaneously

Proactively plan resource allocation and activities

Facilitate production workflow through Flikli’s proprietary technology

Understand and be able to interpret client messaging needs for the in-house production team to enable great work and great results

Write script copy for videos and other visual assets

Prioritize and coordinate production tasks across scriptwriting, storyboard / layout (illustration) and animation phases

Communicate important team news and plans positively and effectively

Ensure that the production team has everything necessary (information, tools & physical assets, interpersonal support) to do their work well
Not required but good to have:
-
Strong grasp of narrative/storytelling

Experience with workflows in creative settings (studios, agencies, etc.)

Familiarity with graphic design methods, techniques, and software
-
Flexibility, efficiency, and willingness to adapt to the Flikli workflow
-
“Can-do” attitude & sense of humor
