Continuous Process Improvement Manager position is open at a prestigious multinational company, operating a Business Service Centre in Budapest. As a Continuous Process Improvement Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

– Effectively lead and manage the continuous process improvement team of 7 persons
– Providing accurate forecasts and future predictions including the budget
– Strengthen internal customer relationships and drive new business for the organisation by understanding the needs of customers and their operations
– Ownership of the following processes: Customer Satisfaction monitoring, Employee Engagement, SLA agreement, internal KPI’s
– Building quality relationship with internal and external stakeholders
– Reporting and business analytics via reporting excellence and automation
– Defining and leading process development projects
– Represent the BSC at cross-functional teams

To be considered as an ideal candidate for this role, you will need to have a university or college degree in Business studies as well as 5-8 years of experience in Continuous Process Improvement (OTC and PTP) in a Managerial role at a Shared Service Centre. You are also required to have Black Belt level or equivalent in work improvement methodologies. It is also important to have a strong analytical skills along with outstanding communication skills. An innovative and flexible personality as well as fluent English are also crucial. Previously gathered SAP knowledge is an advantage.
