Country MPS/LA & Supplies Procurement Operation Manager, Lexmark International Slovakia , Bratislava ( 09/2013 – now),
• Audit compliance End-to End order process
• Private label = country as lead generator
• Pricing strategy & pricing compliance
• Bid misuse detection & audit
• Drive supplies revenue & profit achievement to secure plan
• Handle customer / distribution/ partner requests
• Running project , planning , closing
• Manage sell in & sell out activity, channel inventory
• Review outlook with partners & report any possible / known deviation
• Distribution coverage & structure
• Channel Programs : Partner Program, LCCP, promotions, marketing activities (including marketing central support whenever applicable)
• KPI , SLA set up
• Loyalty management (protect or winback)
• Back office (special bids, rebate, claims, SLDB …)
• Cross division teamwork (LA, channel, service)
