Job Description
Who we are looking for: Commercial Credit and Collections Specialist to join a youthful and dynamic multinational team.
You are the right fit to the job, If you:
– have at least a BA degree,
– preferably you have 2 years experience in customer service or collections;
– or you feel you are a talented new starter on the job market;
– in addition to fluent English you speak another European language at business level – French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Polish, Arabic, Dutch, Turkish, Czech, Russian, Serbian,
Croatian, Swedish, Danish;
– are good with people and in teams at the same time while independently driving your own portfolio
then we may just have a job for you!
What you would do:
– contact small businesses to large corporations for collection of outstanding payments;
– liaise with different departments to resolve customer inquiries related to delayed payments;
– manage your own debtor base (portfolio) and analyze data for business decisions;
– act as information source for risk decisions on debtor rating;
