Location:

1133 Budapest, Váci út

Task:

    • Providing professional customer support for our clients
    • Answering incoming chat messages and emails
    • Handling complaints
    • Giving guidance and solving problems
    • Preparing reports and being responsible for administrative tasks

expectation:

    • Fluent in English
    • Plus fluent in one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch
    • Conversational language knowledge of any other language is an advantage
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
    • User level knowledge of MS Office applications
    • Good organizational skills
    • Students are also welcome
    • Experience in administration is a plus

Other:

    • Solid knowledge of sneakers and / or streetwear products and trends
