Full-Time Customer Interface Team Lead

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing day to day people leadership to a group of Customer Interface Specialists and/or Customer Interface Account Specialists;
  • Coaching and managing team;
  • Coordinating and distributing workload amongst the team;
  • Ensuring KPIs and metrics are aligned with overall customer service vision
  • Through management of team ensuring that external customers’ needs are met
  • Making decisions based on an understanding of the interplay between the organization’s and customer’s needs;
  • Utilizing project management capabilities to guide the implementation of moderately complex or lower profile projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field of study;
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a team;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Proven experience in customer service at an international company;
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
  • Experience working with or leading cross functional teams.
  • Interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.

Advantage:

  • One more European language on fluent level (EMEA).
