Full-Time Customer Interface Team Lead
Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day to day people leadership to a group of Customer Interface Specialists and/or Customer Interface Account Specialists;
- Coaching and managing team;
- Coordinating and distributing workload amongst the team;
- Ensuring KPIs and metrics are aligned with overall customer service vision
- Through management of team ensuring that external customers’ needs are met
- Making decisions based on an understanding of the interplay between the organization’s and customer’s needs;
- Utilizing project management capabilities to guide the implementation of moderately complex or lower profile projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field of study;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a team;
- Fluent in English;
- Proven experience in customer service at an international company;
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
- Experience working with or leading cross functional teams.
- Interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
Advantage:
- One more European language on fluent level (EMEA).
