JOB TITLE: Customer quality assurance engineer
Location: Hatvan, Hungary

Tasks:
Handing and follow-up of customer complaints
Adopt quality methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Risk analysis, Lessons Learned) in the problem solving.
Cooperating with other departments(lab, production, development, supplier management)
Taking part in the documentation assemblage of first samples
Organizing purchaser visits and quality assurance negotiations at the main automotive companies (Audi,BMW,Daimler,VW)
Taking part in the preparation of the purchaser audits, governing and serving audits
Regular supervising of the statistics, starting actions to solve top problems
Requirements:
§ BA/MA in technical area
§ At least 3 years professional experience
(1 year in automotive industry and 1 year in quality assurance environment)
§ Electronic knowledge, experience in electronic component production
§ Fluent in English and/or German
§ Quality orientated thinking
§ High loadability
§ Self-confident countenance
§ Excellent communication and problem solving skills in international environment too
§ Moderation skills
§ Able to work in an international group
§ Self-confident and cooperative work style
§ High level of flexibility

I am writing to apply for a possible position of Customer QA Engineer.
I´m Portuguese citizen with 29 year old. I´m graduate in Instrumentation and Quality Engineering (concluded in 2007-Portugal) and now i´m getting my Master Degree in Business Direction (Madrid-Spain)
For the past two years and a half I´m working as a quality engineer (Quality Assurance Dept.) at an Oil & Gas company in Angola (Sonamet, SubSea7 joint venture), where I have developed my quality management and auditor skills with Sonamet Processes and in several projects and interaction with international Oil & Gas Companies – Chevron, ESSO, TOTAL, DSME, and so one… Although I have greatly enjoyed this role, I am looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my quality engineer career.
I will bring important skills to the position, including:
• Process management and strong organisational skills
• Internal auditor skills (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, other international standards…)
• Ability to transmit a team spirit culture
• Motivation, dedication
