Our partner is a worldwide known, multinational company, with a youthful team. They support their international partners all over the World with IT services, outsourcing and business solutions. To their Budapest office, we are currently seeking for Customer Service Agents withEnglish and Spanish OR French OR German OR Italian OR Dutch OR Swedish OR Norwegian languages.

The main responsibilities of a CS Agent:

• Satisfy European Customers needs
• Assist foreigner customers in different kind of problems over the phone, through e-mails and web interface
• Diagnose and solve logistics, procurement, account related issues
• Help the clients with step-by-step instructions
• Log all calls in Excel and tracking database.

Requirements:

Fluent English AND fluent Spanish OR French OR German OR Italian OR Dutch OR Swedish OR Norwegian language knowledge
• Customer oriented personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
• Prior experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk/Customer service fields is an advantage
• Able to handle monotony
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, develop yourself and be proactive
