Full-Time Customer Service Agent

Job description

– resolve customer inquiries;

– maintain customer records by updating account information;

– resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;

– select and explain the best solution to fix the problem;

– follow up to ensure resolution.

Ideal Candidate

– Bachelors’ degree (preferably Marketing or English Language)

– Excellent English skills (written and spoken) are a requirement;

– Fluency in German, Italian, French and/or Spanish considered an advantage

– Great attention to detail

– Able to work independently and from home (access to well-functioning computer and Internet)

– High integrity and great work moral

– Genuine interest in social media and customer support

– Good knowledge of international pop culture and current events

– Flexible schedule;

 

Prior customer support job experience is considered an advantage. The work is performed from home and the compensation is competitive.
