Job Description
A Customer Service Agent with Italian/ Spanish/ German/ French/ Dutch language knowledge job is open at our multinational partner who has a continuously growing shared service center and looking for energetic and talented people.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent are keeping the contact with the customers and with the partners of the company via phone and email. As a Customer Service Agent you will provide a word class customer service, manage customer claims and effectively resolve the appearing problems. Beside these responsibilities you also will have administrative tasks, such as managing the customer’s account, register and manage all the changes in SAP.
The ideal candidate has university or college degree, speaks fluent English and Italian/ Spanish/ French/ German/ Dutch and has at least one year experience in a similar position. Good communication skills, customer-focused attitude and problem solving skills are also required.
