Job Description
A Customer Service Agent with Italian/ Spanish/ German/ French/ Dutch language knowledge job is open at our multinational partner who has a continuously growing shared service center and looking for energetic and talented people.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent are keeping the contact with the customers and with the partners of the company via phone and email. As a Customer Service Agent you will provide a word class customer service, manage customer claims and effectively resolve the appearing problems. Beside these responsibilities you also will have administrative tasks, such as managing the customer’s account, register and manage all the changes in SAP.
The ideal candidate has university or college degree, speaks fluent English and Italian/ Spanish/ French/ German/ Dutch and has at least one year experience in a similar position. Good communication skills, customer-focused attitude and problem solving skills are also required.

With this motivation letter I am applying to the open position in customer service agent attaching my curriculum vité in both english and hungarian.
I am currently studying in two different universities, in Mexico (Universidad del Valle de México) and in Spain (Universidad Europea de Madrid) on the faculty of international relations. This year I´m preparing my final diploma work which also needs to include an internship in any South American or European countries within a multinational Enterprise.
I am sure that I can adapt easily to any situation, with my knowledge of english and spanish in a high level, with my basic professional expirience aquired I get adjusted to the necesities of the enterprise.
I have been studying english for the past 10 years, and have pass year and a half in the before mentioned university at Madrid, in where I had had the oportunity of using my knowledge of english and spanish in an academic environment by giving speaches, working in groups, participating in conferences, I have desenvolved my social attributes.
