Job Description
We are currently seeking for Customer Service Agents with different combinations of languages as our global partner is continually growing its Business Service Organization in Budapest.
The Customer Service Agent position is an excellent opportunity to use your language and communication skills to handle various issues in several European countries. On a daily basis you will receive and handle complex incoming customer calls and emails from foreign clients and businesses. Your main task will be to bring excellent service to all the customers through negotiating and finding the most appropriate action to solve any possible problems. As a Customer Service Agent you will have to work with different divisions and teams locally and through the EMEA region.
Our client is looking for energetic and result oriented applicants who can speak Spanish OR French OR German OR Italian OR Dutch OR Swedish languages fluently besides English at least on an upper-intermediate level. The Customer Service Representative position requires no previous work experience although our partner is open for experienced applicants as well.
