POSITION DETAILS

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated and engaging person to join our customer support team. Your job would be to chat live with customers who visit the website.

This live-chat support would be offered on multiple websites for different products. Often you will chat with multiple customers at the same time, possibly discussing different brands and products (all in one chat system).

Our customer support team learns about customers’ needs and solves their problems quickly and professionally, handling product recommendations, return and exchange information and next steps for resolving their concerns. Attention to detail is a must, as is integrity and professionalism.

Fluency in English is required. Language skills in German, French, Spanish, Italian or Hungarian are a huge benefit but not required.

Enthusiastically friendly

Eloquent, clear and straightforward in thought and text

Computer savvy

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re primarily interested in your potential, but you must be smart, delightful, a fast learner and motivated.

 

OTHER INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

You must have high-speed and reliable internet, as you would work from home

You must read and write English fluently and quickly with correct grammar and diction

The hours of this position are 22:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday

During “down time” (no active chats) you would have an alternate activity to work on

    as you will see in my CV i can speak English v good and Arabic sure, I had a v great work years in tourism and with many nationalities .
    Working in tourism taught me a lot specially how to deal with the people and understand each needs and minds and mentality.
    a part of tourism sure is customer service and sales and phone calls and reservations and handle trips and bookings.
    i learned also to be always ready for the new and learn it fast.
