Because of our growth across the region, we are currently seeking bright, articulate, detail-oriented Customer Service Consultants based in Budapest with a desire to help us exceed our high-profile customers’ expectations by going above and beyond.

Responsibilities and Duties

Participate in client-side implementation projects for training and workshop sessions
Provide online remote assistance (via e-mail, phone or Skype) to software users when and where necessary
Manage and solve any emerging problems that our clients might face, with accuracy and efficiency
Manage mix of remote communication and onsite presence for optimal impact
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, by: determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Act as the company gatekeeper and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; go the extra mile to engage customers
Perform data entry of new customer contracts in the system, when required
Solicit and forward user feedback related to improvement opportunities of system features.
Constantly improve the online documentation of enterprise software (online help text, tooltips, Javadoc comments) in coordination with team efforts
Actively participate in testing enterprise software and reporting bugs and improvement ideas to the Development Team
Assure support to the Q/A Team with testing the software before big releases

Ability to actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience

Computer Skills:

Ability to confidently use Microsoft Office Suite
Additional experience with data management systems such as CRM or ERP is an advantage.
Fast perceptiveness towards enterprise software

Language Skills:

Fluent English is a must, both verbal and written.
Any other advanced language skill is considered a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Minimum 1 – 2 years of work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Previous customer support/service experience is an advantage.
Accounting and business finance knowledge is a big plus.
