Job Description
We are looking for personal for our new office in budapest.
Methabook is today a recognized and consolidated international tour operator. Our company is based on a brand new concept of central booking.
We are looking for a Customer Service officer who is passionate at providing the best service to our clients and enhance their customer experience at Methabook, someone with some experience in customer service to cover our call center to attend our clients.
Main responsibilities
Converting all inquiries into clients.
Maintain or exceed current service levels and identify new ways to provide superior service.
Oversee the development, education and supervision of the internal email; building a strong and cohesive group that supports each other and the needs of our customers.
Education
Degree education/High School
Previous Experience
A customer service experience for at least 2 years within the same field, Hospitality or F&B.
Strong Planning & Organizing skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Advance training on customer service/handling customer complaints.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Adaptability/Change Orientation
Computer Literacy
Linguistic Skills:
English: Excellent English skills required
