German speaking Customer Service Representative |

Tasks: |
- Answer customer questions over the phone professionally
- Provide support for customers and partner companies via phone and email
- Handle customer complaints
- Solve ad-hock issues
- Keeping contact with other centres within company in Europe
- Provide support to multiple desk
- Attending on internal trainings
|
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and medium knowledge of English is a must
- Strong user-level IT skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer orientated
- Dynamic, open personality
