Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Job Description

Job descritpion:
The person employed in this position will be responsible for:
- To build strong, proactive relationships with customers to engender growth opportunities and ensure customer retention
- To process orders effectively and accurately
- Use of Customer Relationship Management tools as required
- Support of the sales teams in the implementation of the budget
- Market research in terms of the demand for new raw materials
- To keep customer record cards accurate and up to date
- Participation in new product implementation projects
- Analysis of customer needs and market trends
Requirements:
- higher chemical/food education
- experience in the industry of distribution of chemical raw materials or the manufacturer’s side will be an advantage
- very good organizational skills
- teamwork skills
- willingness to learn quickly
- accuracy and diligence
- analytical skills
- (in speaking and writing) English language at the minimum level upper-intermediate (B2 / C1)
- knowledge of SAP / Salesforce will be an advantage
