Full-Time Customer service representative with Turkish
Job Description
Our prestigious multinational client with worldwide presence is looking for IT customer service representatives with Turkish + English language knowledge to their Budapest-based business service center.
Your responsibilities:
– Receive end user calls and web tickets
– Provide First Level Service Desk support to the employees of the customer
– Ticket creation, categorization and prioritization
– Ticket escalation to respective support group
– Incident resolution and recovery ticket closure
– Responsibility for following up on tickets logged
– Responsibility for keeping the end user informed of the status of their incident tickets
– Taking part in any trainings and coaching sessions
Our requirements:
– High level Turkish and English language skills
– Flexibility to work in shifts
– Customer orientated, a good listener and asks competent and well directed questions
– Ready to learn new applications and solutions and has quick learning ability
– Reliable, open, communicative personality who works well within a team and has accurate work habits
