Customer Service Associate – Arabic Speaking

At iSneaker, we love our customers. In fact, we’re a bit obsessed with delighting them each and every day.
Our Customer Service Associates (CSAs) play a critical part in the mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all iSneaker.eu customers. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires heavy phone, instant-messaging chat, and e-mail communication with customers. We use a wide variety of internet and software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
This is not a sales position – it’s a customer service position in a high-tech environment.

 

Requirements:

Fluent english (we require high level both in verbal and written English)
Fluent arabic (we require high level both in verbal and written Arabic)
Strong user level IT knowledge
Client focused
Previous experience in the field of Customer Service is an advantage (although full training will be provided)
Your role would be:
Help promote the company
Inform customers about our product offering
Help customers around the website
Making and receiving calls, instant messaging and responding to emails
Translating the English version of the site to Arabic
Creating reports based on the phone calls and the website activities
