Slovak/Czech language Customer Service Representative

Fürgefutár.hu Kft is Hungary’s largest online parcel delivery company and we’re growing fast. We’ve just launched our new brand Allpacka.com in Slovakia, and the Czech Republic will follow shortly. We’re looking for a customer focused, friendly and highly motivated individual to deliver first-class customer service to our Slovak and Czech clients, as well as providing support to the marketing and finance departments.

Main tasks:

    • Assisting customers on the phone, by email and through our online chat facility
    • Managing and processing orders
    • Liaising with suppliers, relaying information between courier and customer
    • Compiling quotations and offers for clients
    • Providing support to our Slovak and Czech Business Development Manager
    • Translating text for our website and other documentation
  • Supporting the marketing team
  • Supporting the Finance department, processing outgoing and incoming invoices

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Native or fluent Slovak and Czech speaker (both written and spoken)
  • Confident English speaker (upper level preferred)
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role beneficial
  • Basic understanding of logistics and business

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Hungarian language
