Customer Support Agent with Hungarian Language for HP

Requirements:
– Fluent oral and written Hungarian language skills;
– Excellent level of English;
– Excellent customer and communication skills;
– Ability to work under pressure to tightly controlled deadlines;
– Advanced Microsoft office skills;
– Willingness to work in a team;
– Exceptional ability to learn new skills
Responsibilities:
– Handle Hungarian speaking customers;
– Accurate and timely escalation of complex cases, when needed;
– Consulting customers about the specifications of the company’s products;
– Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
– Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials;
– Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support;
