An online 24/7 Call Center Company located in Budapest is looking for German/French/Italian/Spanish/ English speaking customer service representatives.

Task(s):

·         Answers to all incoming calls and emails from English /French /Italian /Spanish /German /Japanese – speaking customers

·         Assist customers on a daily basis via telephone/Chats or written correspondence

Requirement(s):

·         English/French/Italian/Spanish/German/Japanese etc… – High Level

·         Must be willing to work in Shifts nights/weekend/holidays included

·         Excellent communication and computer skills

·         Multi-tasking, organization, flexibility are a must

·         Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·         Ambitious.

·         Ability to multitask.

·         Team worker.

Other:

·         Previous customer service experience (advantage).

·         Be interested in marketing

    please does the advertised position require being able to speak all the listed languages, or just being able to speak anyone of them? Also how many hrs/week is the expected minimum working time? thanks.
