Our Partner is an international  automotive company who is now seeking talented candidates to join their customer service team as CZECH + SLOVAK IT HELP-DESK colleagues!

Location: BUDAÖRS

Start: Immediately

Type: Full- time, for long-term

Salary: Competitive, fixed + Cafeteria

Responsibilities:

• Basic IT problem solving
• Technical support via telephone and email

Requirements:

• General IT knowledge
• Advanced/native CZECH + SLOVAK + fluent English (any other language which is optional)
• Good communication skills
• Agile and customer orientated view
