Full-Time Czech speaking Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We at Allpacka.cz are working to provide top quality service in organising parcel deliveries to our increasing number of customers. We are now searching for a Customer Service Representative to support our dynamically growing activity in Czech Republic. The position will be based in Budapest.
Main tasks:
- Handling phone calls, emails, chat from/to Czech customers
- Inform customers of services offered
- Efficient order management (web and e-mail), in-time transfer of orders to contracted partners
- High quality and timely resolution of order handling and inquiries
- Continuous contact with contracted partners
- Professional communication with new and existing customers in a positive, can-do, customer focused manner
- Generate invoices
The ideal candidate:
- Is native Czech and can communicate in English or Hungarian at least at intermediate level
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has 1+ years’ experience in a customer focused role
Requirements:
- Motivation, self-confidence
- Intermediate in English or Hungarian while Czech is essential
- Can-do attitude, willing to tackle any issues and resolve to seek solutions wherever possible
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good teamwork skills and willingness to learn and develop
- High stress tolerance, patience and flexibility required
